Lacock Village and Abbey, and Castle Coombe are approximately 5 miles

Malmesbury with its Medieval Abbey and the Abbey gardens is England's oldest borough. There is a good bus service from Kington St Michael, so an opportunity for a car -free day

Bath, a Georgian city with its Roman Baths, Museums and excellent shops. There is a fast frequent train service to Bath from Chippenham Station. We offer transport to the station, otherwise Bath has excellent Park and Ride schemes.  

The Cotswolds lie very close with many beautiful villages and market towns. Cirencester is readily accessible by bus from Kington St Michael, stress-free.
